Role of the service
linkedintextformatter.pro is primarily a browser-based utility. Text entered into the formatter is intended to be processed in the browser interface and copied by the user.
For ordinary visitors who use the formatter without creating an account, we generally act as an independent controller for limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.
Categories of data
Potentially processed data may include IP address, browser and device information, rough location derived from IP address, page URLs, timestamps, referrers, analytics events, and security logs.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through the formatter. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the tool.
Purposes and legal bases
We process technical data to provide the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, measure aggregate usage, and improve the user experience.
Depending on context and applicable law, legal bases may include legitimate interests, performance of a service requested by you, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required for optional analytics or cookies.
Subprocessors
We may use hosting, CDN, analytics, security, and error-monitoring providers to operate the service. These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the service.
Before production launch, this page should be updated with the specific subprocessors used by the deployed site.
International transfers
Some infrastructure or analytics providers may process data in countries outside your region. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or provider compliance frameworks.
Retention and deletion
We keep technical logs, analytics, and security data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to investigate abuse or security issues.
Because the tool does not require accounts, many requests can only be handled if you provide enough information for us to identify relevant records.
Your GDPR rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact support@linkedintextformatter.pro. If that inbox is not yet active, use the contact channel provided on the live site.
Data processing agreements
If you are a business customer and need a signed data processing agreement, contact us with your organization details and processing requirements.
This public GDPR page is provided for transparency and does not replace a signed agreement where one is legally required.
